Project briefs and enquiries
The form prepares a brief in your browser. When the business email is configured, submitting sends your details through WordPress mail to Charm Digital so they can respond. The theme does not store enquiries in a separate database, although mail services may retain messages. Downloading creates a text file on your device. Without a configured email, the form prepares a local brief only.
Robot guide
The guide uses the current page for relevant context. It does not monitor every click or secretly record your browsing movements. Conversation text stays in the current page session and can be cleared.
Optional AI answers
Curated answers work without an AI connection. If the site owner configures free-form AI, recent conversation messages are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer, subject to the provider’s processing terms. Confirm important commitments with a person. Do not share passwords, payment data or confidential information.
Optional voice input
Voice starts only after you press the microphone button and allow browser permission. Your browser’s speech recognition service may process audio remotely under its own terms. Recognised text appears for review before sending. This theme does not store audio.
WhatsApp, logs and other tools
WhatsApp links open an external service with its own terms. The theme uses temporary request counters to limit spam and optional AI requests. Hosting and mail services may process routine logs. The theme does not add visitor analytics or advertising cookies. Additional plugins may change data processing; the site owner should review this notice before public launch.
